Though your primary location will be your home office, you will maintain regular communication with colleagues, participating in virtual meetings and consultations to foster collaboration and teamwork. Our outpatient office setting is dedicated to creating a comprehensive support system for clients through direct and responsive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families, focusing on strengths-based approaches to identify their specific needs.
\n
• Provide individualized and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and challenges, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
\n
• Complete all necessary documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, while adhering to established time frames.
\n
• Develop crisis intervention plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans to promote lasting stability and enhance clients’ quality of life.

• Create thorough discharge plans in collaboration with clients and families, ensuring a smooth transition after treatment.
\n
• Stay updated with current federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and NEHS policies and procedures to maintain compliance and ethical practice.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training, continuing education, and mentorship to continually enhance your counseling skills.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to discuss patient care and enhance service delivery.
\n
• Fulfill all licensure and mandatory training requirements to ensure professional competency.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling center serves a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and evidence-based therapy that respects and addresses the cultural and social dynamics of each client. Your role will involve working closely with patients experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, and relationship difficulties.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field, which qualifies you for licensing.

• Licensure: You must be a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in the State of Arizona (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Experience working with underserved populations or those facing systemic barriers to care.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on your experience and licensure status. Our benefits package includes:
