Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing our counselors to connect with clients through secure telehealth platforms from the comfort of their own homes. The typical work schedule runs from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, promoting a work-life balance while empowering our clinicians to focus on providing exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of client mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address unique trauma-related challenges.

• Engage with clients to identify their concerns, diagnose emotional and psychological disorders, and employ effective treatment strategies to foster recovery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community resources, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and support recovery goals.

• Facilitate educational sessions for clients and staff regarding trauma-related coping mechanisms and stress management techniques.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in mental health counseling and complete ongoing continuing education to keep National Certified Counselor status.

The primary focus of this role is to work with diverse individuals who are recovering from trauma-related injuries. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field.

• Valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) certification in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
