Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day tasks will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Setting measurable therapy goals, monitoring progress, and adjusting strategies based on individual client development.

• Providing teletherapy options for clients, ensuring accessibility and convenience, especially for those who may face mobility or transportation issues.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of client interactions in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations, using appointment scheduling and electronic health record systems.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base spans a spectrum of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship issues. You will work with both adolescents and adults, providing culturally competent care that respects their diverse backgrounds and experiences. Your role directly contributes to improved mental health outcomes and enhances clients' quality of life through targeted interventions and support.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid state license as an LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• An empathetic, compassionate demeanor, capable of providing support in a non-judgmental manner.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in specific areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, or group therapy facilitation is highly desirable. Familiarity with platforms for telehealth is also advantageous, as you may be conducting remote sessions with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 yearly , commensurate with your experience and caseload management. In addition to a rewarding salary, you will receive:
