Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough individual, group, and family therapy sessions designed to address diverse mental health issues like anxiety, depression, substance abuse, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts.

• Perform detailed diagnostic assessments, crafting treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, goals, and life circumstances.

• Engage actively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, including collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, and educational professionals.

• Document and maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records (EHR) to support continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated with best practices, therapeutic methodologies, and licensure requirements.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies and conduct risk assessments for clients requiring immediate support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
