Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, allowing counselors to engage with clients from various locations while delivering high-quality outpatient therapy. The position follows a standard Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing counselors with a routine that balances work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Continuously monitor clients’ progress, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to inform and adjust treatment plans effectively.

• Provide support to caregivers, equipping them with strategies to manage their loved ones' behavioral health issues.

• Proactively identify and address maladaptive behaviors that are impeding clients’ recovery journeys.

• Document all interactions and treatment updates using our confidential electronic health record (EHR) system to maintain accurate client histories.

• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and expertise.

The clients we serve encompass a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
