Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive crisis assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing acute mental health emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMHC at Inspiring Possibilities Counseling Center, you will work primarily with adults and elderly clients who face a range of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, PTSD, and the effects of trauma and addiction. Your expertise in addressing these issues will be crucial in providing personalized care that champions psychological resilience and emotional well-being among our diverse clientele.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is preferred.

• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Massachusetts.

• At least three years of recent, hands-on experience providing mental health support in clinical or counseling settings.

• Familiarity with therapeutic practices and principles relevant to geriatric mental health and older adult issues is beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
