The Salvation Psychotherapy Center is seeking compassionate and driven Licensed Mental Health Counselors to fill full-time positions within our remote outpatient practice in El Paso, Texas. Our practice operates in a remote setting, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while serving a patient base that values accessibility and convenience. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility in hours based on patient availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and objectives for treatment.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy in a virtual format, utilizing technology to connect with patients efficiently.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions that foster community engagement and mutual support among participants.
\n
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate integrated care strategies for patients.

• Assist in crisis intervention during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and resources are provided.

• Educate patients about their conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources to enhance self-management.

• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and collaborate on best practices.

• Commit to ongoing learning and professional development through workshops, peer exchanges, and the review of current research in mental health.

The Salvation Psychotherapy Center serves a broad demographic in the El Paso area, including adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Many of our patients face challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and substance use, providing our therapists with the opportunity to make substantial behavioral improvements through tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Experience conducting mental health assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.
\n
• Previous experience in delivering therapy to a diverse range of clients, with knowledge of various therapeutic approaches.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex information in an understandable manner.

• Ethical decision-making and strong professional boundaries in all patient interactions.

• Competence in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and related technologies.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
