Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and challenges.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) based on client requirements.

• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, consistently monitoring and adjusting treatment strategies to ensure positive outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients who prefer virtual sessions or face logistical constraints.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid license in Massachusetts, such as Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
