Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, identifying areas for therapeutic intervention.

• Designing and implementing customized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique circumstances, needs, and recovery goals.

• Leading both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to facilitate integrated mental health care.

• Providing educational support and resources to clients' families, encouraging their involvement in the therapeutic process and fostering a supportive home environment.

• Maintaining all client documentation and records in accordance with regulatory and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
