Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to establish patient needs and identify appropriate intervention strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across various settings such as individual, couples, family, and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization services, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Deliver psychoeducation and coping strategies to clients and their families, equipping them with skills to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

• Work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to coordinate comprehensive care, promoting collaborative treatment approaches.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to enhance effectiveness and responsiveness to client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
