Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and comprehensive evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and client interviews to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family therapy, to individuals, groups, and families facing a spectrum of mental health issues.

• Collaborate dynamically with case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers to ensure an integrated approach to client care, facilitating referrals and ongoing communication to promote holistic health outcomes.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support to clients in acute distress, utilizing intervention strategies that prioritize safety and support during emergencies.

Qualifications\n
