Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized mental health counseling sessions ethically and compassionately through video conferencing, ensuring a safe space for client discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a range of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid and fully independent practice license: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses, and absence of any disciplinary actions on record.

• Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills and empathetic nature essential for effective counseling.

• Strong computer literacy is necessary for navigating our therapist platform and handling clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.

• Experience with telehealth modalities is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range is USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and hours worked. We also offer a lucrative sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposit paychecks, and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors, ensuring that your financial needs are met while you focus on helping others.
