Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client’s mental health status, challenges, and needs, allowing you to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services—whether individual, group, or family therapy—tailoring your approach to meet various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and health professionals, to coordinate care, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment for each client.

• Employ effective crisis intervention techniques to support clients in acute distress, offering timely assistance and developing safety plans as necessary.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives aiming to promote mental health education and awareness, cultivating a stigma-free environment for discussing mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, understanding their unique life contexts and tailoring your therapeutic interventions to best meet their needs. Your ability to establish rapport and connection with clients will be crucial in fostering trust and facilitating positive therapeutic outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• An independent and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and navigate complex therapeutic dialogues effectively.

• Cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring inclusive and respectful care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
