Our outpatient office serves clients in a remote setting, allowing our team members the flexibility to create and manage their own schedules within a Monday through Saturday work week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for a diverse clientele, including individual adults, adolescents, families, and groups, tailoring interventions to meet specific patient needs.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams through documentation and regular meetings to discuss treatment plans and updates, ensuring comprehensive care delivery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), in addition to other modalities to assist clients in developing and completing individualized service plans.

• Provide ongoing case management and consultation, partnering with hospital and community professionals to coordinate the best care outcomes for your assigned patients.

• Complete and submit timely and ethical documentation, adhering to department standards while maintaining client confidentiality and safety.

• Participate actively in patient rounds and treatment meetings to discuss strategies and share insights on progressing treatment goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population ranging from children to adults, each facing unique challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role is vital in providing support and strategies that help them navigate their mental health journeys, ultimately improving their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona is required.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy is essential.
\n
• Flexibility to work between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on individual availability and client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and familiarity with various assessment tools to facilitate effective client evaluations are highly valued. Proficiency in using telehealth platforms for remote sessions is a plus, given our outpatient model.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
