Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying unique needs and tailoring approaches to individual circumstances.

• Provide individualized and family therapy grounded in evidence-based techniques, focusing on enhancing coping strategies and emotional well-being.

• Manage administrative responsibilities including timely completion of billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorizations.

• Develop crisis plans, safety plans, relapse prevention strategies, and wellness plans that promote stability and support patients in maintaining effective functioning.

• Create comprehensive discharge plans with follow-up resources, empowering patients upon their transition from clinical care.

• Adhere strictly to all current federal and state regulations as well as our internal policies and procedures, ensuring compliant practice.

• Commit to ongoing professional development through training and continuing education, actively contributing to case consultations and agency meetings.

• Fulfill all licensing and mandatory training requirements, maintaining high standards of professional competence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will encompass a variety of patient backgrounds, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that satisfies licensing requirements.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (such as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW) within the state of Arizona, showcasing your commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.
