Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to understand clients’ needs and challenges, ensuring clients receive personalized treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation regarding client treatment and progress in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for individuals with mobility issues or time constraints.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Maryland state license in a relevant category (LCSW-C, LCPC, LCMFT, LMFT, or PsyD).

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
