Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments through psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans through collaboration with clients, integrating their specific goals and cultural backgrounds.

• Provide therapeutic interventions that include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) in various settings such as individual, couple, family, and group therapy.

• Respond to crisis situations with immediate intervention, ensuring clients in distress receive appropriate care through collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in line with regulatory standards and organizational policies, ensuring privacy and quality of care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, equipping them with tools and information for better self-management.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, and case management staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness and make necessary modifications to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
