Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to determine client needs and develop treatment strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that integrate their unique backgrounds, goals, and cultural considerations.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), across individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, employing effective communication and assessment techniques to ensure their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.

• Empower clients and their families through psychoeducation, helping them develop skills and knowledge to manage mental health conditions effectively.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness through outcome assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize client progress.

• Stay abreast of current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health to enhance your clinical practice.

Qualifications\n
