This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients effectively while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our team operates with flexibility, emphasizing collaboration and a shared commitment to the emotional well-being of our patients. The role includes a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and tailor treatment approaches accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience enhancement.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support patient healing.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions that enable patients to process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure continuity of care and comprehensive support for our patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating a compassionate approach in high-stress situations.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and helpful resources that promote recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the utmost respect for patient privacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse population of adults, adolescents, and families affected by trauma. As you engage with this clientele, your expertise will empower individuals to reclaim their narratives and enhance their overall mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Nevada is essential.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling, particularly in trauma-informed care, is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
