Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to understand the unique challenges faced by each patient.

• Collaborate with clients to create customized treatment plans that consider individual goals, cultural contexts, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), tailored to individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and composed while dealing with acute distress in patients.

• Maintain precise and current clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential tools to manage their mental health effectively.

• Engage in regular coordination and communication with a multidisciplinary team—comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers—to ensure comprehensive care for every client.

• Assess treatment outcomes consistently to evaluate progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with therapeutic goals.

• Stay updated on mental health research and best practices, incorporating new insights into clinical work for improved patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
