The typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and continued evaluations to determine the specific needs and goals of clients seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address each client’s unique challenges.

• Provide individual counseling sessions employing various therapeutic techniques, including motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy to facilitate effective recovery strategies.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that create a supportive and dynamic setting for clients to share experiences and strategies for recovery.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless and coordinated approach to each patient’s care.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support during substance-related emergencies, responding effectively to urgent situations.

• Educate clients and their families about addiction topics, available support systems, and essential recovery tactics.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
