Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to understand a client’s history of substance use and assess overlapping mental health challenges.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that address specific clinical issues, as well as ongoing progress in a virtual format.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions using empirically-supported methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) tailored for online interactions.

• Coordinate with other team members, including psychologists, psychiatric providers, and case managers, to create an integrated and cohesive approach to care.

• Provide psychoeducation and support to families, empowering them to engage actively in the recovery journey of their loved ones with practical advice and understanding.

• Ensure compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate and confidential treatment records.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include individuals grappling with various forms of addiction as well as co-occurring mental health disorders. You will engage with a diverse caseload, allowing you to apply your therapeutic skills in varied contexts, thereby enhancing your professional growth. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A relevant master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Documented training or experience in addiction counseling is essential, along with familiarity with evidence-based practices concerning substance abuse.

• Proficient therapeutic skills with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and inspire motivation throughout their recovery journeys.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
