Work Environment\n

This remote position allows you the flexibility to coordinate your schedule while still providing essential services to clients during weekday business hours, with some evening and weekend availability required. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse histories as well as underlying mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address addiction and co-occurring disorders, ensuring each plan is tailored to meet the client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group counseling utilizing evidence-based practices to foster recovery and personal growth.
\n
• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and addiction specialists, to provide integrated and continuous care.

• Provide family education and support, guiding the loved ones of clients in understanding the recovery process and how they can positively contribute to it.

• Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient confidentiality.

Our patient population includes individuals struggling with substance abuse issues, often accompanied by co-occurring mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid professional license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise and training in addiction counseling and mental health support.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on experience and licensure.
