Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients—assessing their progress and stability and planning for future appointments, including discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation, including progress notes and evaluations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' history and presenting issues in depth.
\n
• Lead individual therapy sessions weekly, using established therapeutic modalities to support clients' mental health improvement.

• Participate in regular individual supervision sessions to discuss case management and therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients or substance abuse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
