Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive client evaluations to assess emotional, psychological, and social needs, followed by the development of personalized therapy plans.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of your clients, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote healing and growth.

• Implement evidence-based interventions designed to drive client progress, utilizing proven methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Mindfulness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress notes, and client interactions within our electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure compliance and quality care.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by following the latest advancements in mental health practices and participating in relevant training or workshops.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will work with come from diverse backgrounds, presenting a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role will involve creating a safe and therapeutic environment that encourages openness and trust, allowing clients to explore their emotions and experiences freely.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, providing individual and group therapy.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
