Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs, formulating tailored treatment approaches.

• Lead psychoeducational groups and support sessions to create a network of understanding and community among patients facing similar mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population is diverse, including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Therapists will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of demographics, allowing them to apply methods that best cater to each individual's unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license to practice as either an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Georgia.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• A proven track record in conducting mental health assessments and developing impactful treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to various populations.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling is required. Additional experience in outpatient settings and familiarity with teletherapy practices will be viewed as an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
