This position is designed for full-time hours, operating from Monday to Friday , from 9 AM to 5 PM . Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients to identify their psychological needs and create personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions that utilize various therapeutic modalities to guide clients through personal challenges and emotional barriers.

• Employ behavioral intervention strategies and cognitive-behavioral techniques to promote client development and progress toward their goals.

• Utilize electronic health record systems to maintain accurate and confidential client documentation and treatment records, adhering to all regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and peer collaboration to refine therapeutic techniques and industry knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your expertise will contribute to creating a safe environment where clients can express their thoughts and feelings openly, while we help them navigate their paths to mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in individual or couples therapy within a mental health setting.

• A bachelor’s degree in a related field; a master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or an equivalent discipline is highly preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent communication skills and a strong ability to empathize and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience working with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enabling efficient client management and data entry.
