Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health conditions, focusing primarily on mood disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinically appropriate guidelines.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement treatment strategies that effectively address symptoms and enhance clients’ coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and engage them in the treatment process, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance to promote positive outcomes.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and families, ensuring they have a proper understanding of mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

Qualifications\n
