Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that promote growth and healing for individuals, couples, and families.

• Provide individual and couples therapy using evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly track their progress towards these goals.

• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions for clients who may have transportation challenges or prefer telehealth services.

• Engage in team meetings and clinical supervision to discuss cases, share insights, and enhance therapeutic strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Grateful Guidance, you will work with a diverse client base that includes adults, children, and adolescents. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing varying needs ranging from family dynamics, relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and behavioral challenges. You will play a vital role in guiding clients through personal struggles and in facilitating positive growth in their relationships and mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid LMFT license to practice in the state of Georgia.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s Degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Grateful Guidance offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 101,000, along with performance bonuses.
