This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions in a comforting setting of your choice. You will also occasionally engage in telehealth or in-person consultations as needed at our outpatient office in Savannah. Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform in-depth psychosocial assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health concerns, personal strengths, and available support systems.

• Deliver individual, couples, family, and group therapy by applying evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and evidence-based interventions to facilitate optimal healing outcomes.

• Implement various therapeutic approaches, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Provide crisis intervention, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans as necessary during acute situations.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, adhering to ethical and legal standards to maintain confidentiality and promote accountability.

• Lead group therapy sessions and support groups which empower clients and reinforce their therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n
