Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to assist clients in enhancing stress management and emotional regulation.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients’ psychological needs. Use these insights to create individualized treatment plans that incorporate mindfulness techniques tailored to their specific challenges.

• Guide clients through tailored mindfulness exercises, meditation practices, and guided breathing techniques, empowering them to cultivate self-awareness and emotional balance.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies that foster community and collaborative healing among attendees.

• Incorporate evidence-based mindfulness practices into individual therapy sessions, ensuring the approach aligns with each client’s mental health concerns and progress evaluation.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach that meets the diverse needs of our clients.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of client interactions, therapy sessions, and mindfulness interventions in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

• Strong proficiency in mindfulness practices and an understanding of how to tailor these techniques for therapeutic impact.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise.
