Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based methodologies.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing a variety of modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused techniques to support client goals and growth.

• Implement behavioral strategies during sessions to enhance therapeutic outcomes and adapt approaches based on client feedback and progress.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic interventions meticulously using electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews, contributing insights and collaborating on client care strategies to enhance overall service effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and workshops to remain current with mental health trends and innovations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The role primarily focuses on working with diverse adult clients experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related issues. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients navigate their experiences, build resilience, and achieve sustainable positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing individual therapy in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
