Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to collaboratively develop tailored treatment strategies for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements through our electronic medical records (EMR) system.

• Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to share insights and enhance client care.

• Stay current with legal regulations and ethical guidelines in counseling, utilizing continuous professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will primarily be responsible for providing services to a diverse range of clients through telehealth platforms, including individuals, couples, families, and groups. This position requires a nuanced understanding of various challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance use. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
