Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for each client, taking into account their unique situations and needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs) in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring client confidentiality and data integrity.

• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize client care and support holistic treatment approaches.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and attend workshops to remain informed about advancements in mental health research and emerging therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing limited access to mental health care resources. You will treat various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and substance misuse, focusing on providing culturally sensitive and inclusive therapy. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
