Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients based on their unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored specifically to clients, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive and cohesive care, ensuring that each client receives holistic treatment that addresses all aspects of their well-being.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards, including confidentiality requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest mental health practices and research developments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other emotional and psychological issues. You will play a critical role in providing support and guidance to those often underrepresented in traditional mental health settings, making a substantial difference in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling capacity, particularly within a clinical setting, is essential.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to develop rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a healthcare team.

• Proficient in the use of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly valued.

• Salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 annually, with adjustments based on caseload, availability, and experience.
