This position is primarily remote, allowing for the flexibility of a hybrid model where clinicians can provide care through telemedicine alongside in-person sessions at our outpatient office facilities when needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide personalized therapy by utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Facilitate group, family, and couples therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to promote healing and recovery.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including regular communication with psychiatrist, social workers, and other professionals involved in the clients’ treatment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress according to legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to stay informed of the latest research and evolving practices in mental health.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Working knowledge of ethical and legal standards relevant to mental health practice.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with varied populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 – $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus bonuses based on performance. Our benefits package includes flexible scheduling, a sign-on bonus, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
