Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will undertake the following key responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, building trusting rapport and maintaining professional boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, stability, and therapeutic goals, preparing for appropriate discharge when necessary.

• Develop and implement comprehensive, person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, regularly updating and adjusting these plans as progress is made.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes for each client within the clinic's integrated health record system, ensuring legal and ethical compliance.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand new clients’ backgrounds and their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, promoting mental health strategies and techniques during weekly appointments.

• Participate in individual clinical supervision to enhance personal and professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically aims to support the youth population, offering therapy to children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Hold current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic health records and basic keyboarding proficiency.

While not mandatory, experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family therapy will be viewed favorably. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and previous remote work experience are also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
