Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations, developing individualized therapy strategies that cater to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.
