Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate personalized therapy strategies that meet their specific needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

You will be serving a diverse range of clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults who face various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted professional license (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is essential.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting, is required.

• Strong foundational knowledge of legal and ethical standards within mental health practice is necessary.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with a diverse array of clients.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

• Familiarity and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use treatment is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, dependent on your experience and client caseload. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, vision, and dental insurance, along with malpractice insurance and significant client referrals. With assistance provided for billing and documentation, you can focus more on your clients and less on administrative tasks.
