Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse population of adults experiencing substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will exhibit a keen understanding of the complexities of addiction and recovery, possessing the empathy and skills necessary to navigate these sensitive situations.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Required licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
