Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience and flexibility of a remote work setting via telehealth, making it possible for counselors to engage with clients through secure video conferencing and digital communication. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, accommodating the needs of our clients while allowing for a balanced personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients’ mental health concerns through virtual consultations, ensuring an accurate understanding of their needs.

  Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to clients’ unique challenges and goals, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  Facilitate engaging individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth, leveraging applicable methodologies that support healing and personal growth.

  Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, case managers, and other mental health professionals, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

  Educate and support clients’ family members, fostering a supportive network around individuals during their recovery journey.

  Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with regulatory and ethical requirements, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse array of clients facing varying challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our approach emphasizes individualized care rooted in each client’s unique context. Qualifications\n

  A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

  Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

  At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling, with demonstrated expertise in developing treatment plans and conducting therapy sessions.

  Excellent therapeutic communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and motivate clients effectively.

  Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong comfort with technology to enhance telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, in addition to robust benefits that promote overall well-being and security. Our benefits package includes health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), a retirement plan, and generous paid time off. Furthermore, a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is available to welcome you to our team.
