Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following active licenses, allowing you to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses will be considered; candidates should have no disciplinary actions against their license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 104,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience levels. We offer a competitive sign-on bonus for newly recruited therapists, along with weekly direct deposits and a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors.
