Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through in-depth interviews, self-report questionnaires, and psychological evaluations to inform your treatment plans.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and timely documentation of therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring transparency and professionalism.

You will primarily work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma-related conditions, and stress management concerns. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid practitioner license in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
