Our telehealth facility operates remotely, allowing you the flexibility to provide counseling services from your home while maintaining a work-life balance. While the core business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, we recognize that patient needs may necessitate flexibility in scheduling. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' unique needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to implement effective interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that foster patient engagement and community connection.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to offer cohesive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will support a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling is required. A Master’s degree or higher is preferred.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment approaches, and therapeutic techniques.
