Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and create detailed treatment plans, actively collaborating with the clinical team to devise effective crisis and behavioral intervention strategies.

• Serve as a liaison for clients, coordinating with state agencies and community partners to enhance service delivery.

• Establish open communication channels with stakeholders, facilitating cooperation and collaboration in the achievement of community mental health goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse array of clients, including individuals coping with emotional distress, addiction recovery, developmental disabilities, and those adjusting to life after brain injuries. This role requires a unique sensitivity to the varied backgrounds and experiences of clients, ensuring that services are culturally competent and tailored to each individual’s needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in the mental health field is mandatory.

• An active and independent LMHC license is required.

• Proven experience working in mental health counseling or similar roles.

Compensation and Benefits\n
