Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Provide critical support during acute crises, employing effective de-escalation techniques to stabilize situations and offer immediate intervention to families in distress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving children, adolescents, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, trauma, and adjustment disorders. You will employ a compassionate approach, helping clients navigate complex emotional landscapes while promoting resilience and personal growth. You might work with a client who is struggling to adapt to new academic pressures, or assist a family dealing with communication breakdowns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must hold an active, state-issued license in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Demonstrated experience of two to five years in a therapeutic setting, specifically with children and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
