Key Responsibilities\n

• Build positive, trusting relationships with patients through effective communication and active listening techniques.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, tailoring your approach to each patient's unique circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and other modalities as appropriate.

• Conduct ongoing evaluations of patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients experiencing acute emotional distress, ensuring timely and appropriate assessments and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting is required.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth services, knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, and prior experience working with diverse populations will be highly regarded. Familiarity with crisis intervention techniques and complex case management will also strengthen your application.

Compensation and Benefits\n
