Work Environment\n

This remote position offers the flexibility to work from home while engaging with patients via telehealth. Our team utilizes advanced electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain seamless communication and documentation. A typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to accommodate patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify individual patient needs and facilitate the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups focused on various mental health topics, creating a safe environment for sharing and learning.

• Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and cohesive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to support patients during mental health emergencies, employing trauma-informed care techniques.
\n
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making and self-advocacy.

• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
\n
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and continuous professional development activities to enhance therapeutic skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, couples, and families. You will engage with individuals facing a spectrum of mental health issues, tailoring your interventions to meet the unique challenges of each patient.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas.

• Solid understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and relevant therapeutic approaches.

• Proven ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop effective treatment plans, and facilitate individual and group therapies.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, with a track record of successfully helping clients achieve their mental health goals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
