Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments with new clients to understand their mental health needs and life situations.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations of client progress and feedback.

• Deliver therapeutic services using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records and document therapy sessions within the Simple Practice platform.

• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss client progress, share insights, and collaborate on complex cases when necessary.

• Provide ongoing support through secure messaging and check-ins to monitor clients’ developments and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
