Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong therapeutic relationships with clients through empathy and understanding, ensuring a safe space for open communication.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and session outcomes to comply with clinical and state regulations.

• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare services to ensure comprehensive support for transitioning patients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and workshops related to current best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families facing various mental health challenges. You will support clients from diverse backgrounds, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your empathetic approach will help patients feel understood and cared for as they navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in outpatient mental health settings or telehealth services is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
